Orders are typically shipped with 2 days after payment is completed. We will email shipping confirmation and tracking number to your eCRATER email address when your order is shipped. Please note that we do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.

All our items will be shipped to buyer's PayPal address, please confirm your address on PayPal before you buy.

No returns or refunds once product has been installed. In case of product defect, buyer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping and handling is non-refundable.

In the event that you receive merchandise that is materially different than described or defective or wrong in any way, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, exchanges/refunds will not be given.

100% refund guarantee is available for all of our products. Exchanges are offered for defective or damaged items. If exchanges could not resolve the issue, we will refund the cost of the merchandise. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving.
If returning an item, all shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer returning the item and there is a 20% re-stocking fee for all returned items unless item was shipped damaged or if we shipped the wrong package.
* If orders are offered with "Free Shipping," this means we are paying the freight on your behalf. If that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred and will be deducted from the refund.

Items that have been used, applied, or damaged are not qualified for a refund. All returned items are subject to inspection for determination of situation. When returning a package, please enclose all the documentation for us to verify your refund request, if not, we are not in a position to assist you with your problem.

For motorcycle: We strongly recommend you learn the detailed information about our products before you make your purchase. We try our best to advise our motorcycle parts as accurately as possible. If you are sure that your purchased item does not fit your motorcycle, please save everything that is attached in the package and contact us with detailed information and digital photos to prove how the item does not fit. We will look into your issue professionally in 1-3 days and find a resolution as soon as possible once we finish the investigation. In most case, an exchange or refund will be issued if we confirm that the item doesn't fit your motorcycle for sure. Please rest assured that we will do everything in our power to have your matter settled.
