How is the shipping cost calculated?
The shipping cost covers all of the fees, including post office charges, stocking and packing and so on.
Item’s weight plus packaging are calculated to the nearest pounds (lb) in this order: 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, *16+
*Last column determines value the shipping increases with for every 2 Lbs above the end of the weight scale. Valid only for products with weights more than the end of the weight scale.
If orders are offered with "Free Shipping," this means we are paying the freight on your behalf. If that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred and will be deducted from the refund.
Can I locally pick up my order?
At this time onlinesalestore does not allow for local pickups on any of our web orders. We apologize for the inconveniences as we work on accommodating all of our customer requests.
Who is responsible for the customs tax or duty?
All our items are shipped from Hong Kong. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the buyer to clear the Customs in his/her country. Should there be any tax or duty that may apply, the buyer should clear it.
Can I cancel my order?
Of course you can. You should cancel your order before you clear your payment or before the order is shipped.
If you cannot cancel your order yourself, please contact the customer service to see if they can make it.
When will I receive my package and how can I track it?
The shipping time varies depending on the location:

*Australia: 13 to 21 business days.
*Asia: 13 to 21 business days.
*Europe: 13 to 21 business days.
*Others: 20 to 31 business days.
However, most of our customers get their package within 9-13 days.

Why my tracking says it was delivered, but I never received the package?
Please check with your household members, around the house, neighbors and etc. if one may have held it. Also, please check to make sure the package wasn't sent to a second unit or guest house. Check for a note from the shipping carrier explaining the attempted delivery of the package. Also try giving your local postal office a call to see if they have your package on hold for any reason.
What should I do if I do not receive my package after the Estimated Delivery Date?
Please make sure to give a reasonable amount of time for the package to ship. Check the tracking information on your order for any status updates on the package's location. Expect a delay for any local bad weather or other conditions that can cause a delay in the delivery time.
